Sometimes, the best things in life happen by

pure chance. That’s how our story began — a

serendipitous crossing of paths that led to a

lifelong friendship, rooted in shared passions,

big laughs and people who become your

chosen family.

 

Kylie and her husband Ben are the proud

owners of Stillwater Co, a collection of

beautiful rental properties, along with a lychee

farm.

 

Back in 2017, Polly and her partner Ryan were

travelling from the UK, on a working holiday

visa when they stumbled across a Gumtree ad.

The ad had no phone number — just an

address. Curiously they followed the map... and

ended up right at Kylie and Ben’s front door.

That fateful knock turned into years of

friendship, many shared memories, A LOT of

laughs and a deep bond that will last a lifetime,

 

The lake has remained a meaningful place for

Polly and Ryan — so much so, they recently got

engaged out on the row boat!

 

Polly, now based in Sydney, continues to play a

key role in helping Kylie and Ben host guests

across all of the Stillwater Co properties.

 

The wheels are always turning, but we’re lucky

to be in it together— and to stop now and then

for the magical moments along the way.
